How it started
Sakhi Shoppe began with a familiar frustration: too many stores, too much noise, and not enough of anyone you'd actually trust to tell you the truth about a product. In Hindi, "sakhi" means a close female friend — the one you call before you buy anything, because her opinion is honest and her taste is good.
That's the role we wanted the shop itself to play. Every category we carry — fashion, beauty, lifestyle and accessories — exists because something in it earned a genuine "you'd like this," not because it was trending that week.
We're still small, which we like. It means every order is packed by people who actually care whether it arrives well, and every bit of feedback reaches someone who can act on it.
